2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned prosecution was withdrawn by the complainant under Section 321 Cr.P.C. and the learned Magistrate had accepted the said withdrawal by the order dated 23.03.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in STC.No.14208 of 2019.
