2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the Court below. All other conditions remain unaltered.
