The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.08.2010 and 26.08.2010 passed in W.M.P.No.2 of 2010 in W.P.No.17833 of 2010.

3. However, the Tahsildar, Ponneri, filed an affidavit, stating that the respondent is not disturbing the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by this Court.

4. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the Tahsildar, Ponneri, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition and all other grounds raised by the respective parties in the writ petition are to be adjudicated during the final hearing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
