The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Agency for the offences punishable under Section 135 of The Customs Act, 1962 in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor, that the summons have been issued under Section 108 of The Customs Act. The copy of the same was filed before this Court.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of on 11.03.2023, for which the punishment was required is not mentioned in the summons and hence he apprehended that, it may be subsequently filled up. A copy of the summons filed by the petitioner is taken on file.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that, the petitioner will go and appear before the respondent police.
6. This Court has expressed the view, that the petitioner is not entertained for the relief of this petition.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is to appear before the respondent police on the date given by them. For the sake of continuity, a fresh summon is to be issued to the petitioner.
8. With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands closed.
