Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioners Son G. Agilan to Class X on the basis of his overall gradese or in the alternative, allow the petitioner's son to write another improvement examination as contemplated in Rule 106(2)(f)(a) of the Revised Education Code for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan in an independent place other than the 1st respondent's premises and corrected by an impartial and independent examiner and consider Class IX results afresh based on the results obtained therein.
