Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12499 of 2021 dated 20.07.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEREMIAH GREGORY JOHN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12649 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had not complied the conditions even a single day.

3. Considering the above said submission, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12499 of 2021 Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
