Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the hall tickets for appearing for the Final year Examination on 25.06.2018 without demanding and collecting the hostel and dining fees, from the petitioners.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to write final year examination on 25.06.2018 without demanding and collecting hostel and dining fees.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Kingsly Solomon, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that, the petitioners were already permitted to write the final year examination and cleared the examinations. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Considering the fact that, the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
