Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in No.T.IX-1/2019 - ADM 2 SIG (SCP -2019) dated 02/05/2019 dated 02/05/2019 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the present station namely 105 RAF Coimbatore till the completion of his normal Tenure of 3 years in Accordance with the Central Reserve police Force (CRPF) Standing Order No.07/15 dated 04/08/2015.
