ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in Crime No.24 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions contended that investigation has been concluded and a final report has also been filed in Crime No.24 of 2014.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that totally 93 cases are filed against the present petitioner out of which 80 cases have not been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
