This application is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore only), failing which direct attachment before judgment of his share in the suit schedule mentioned property in an area of 2600 sq.ft together with proportionate undivided share in the land of a total extent of 5.75 grounds comprised in Old.No.7, New No.13, First Creasent Road, Gandhi Nagar, Chennai - 600 020, pending disposal of the above suit.

2. Notice was ordered to the respondent in this application, on 01.10.2021 and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list. The respondent was served and affidavit of service also has been filed.

3. Even though service of notice has been effected and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.
