Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2015 and within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the

learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner made a representation to the fourth respondent on 24.01.2015, seeking permission to take water from the well and transfer it to the petitioner's factory through his own transport vehicle bearing No.TN.28 AS 4455. The said request has been made based on the similar order passed in Na.Ka.No.3065/2013/D1 dated 07/11/2014. In the representation dated 24.01.2015, the petitioner sought for carrying 2 load of water to his own factory. Seeking to dispose of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.Considering the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
