ASHA, J, These applications have been filed to condone the defective presentation of the adoption Memo filed on behalf of the 4th defendant, adopting the Written Statement filed by the defendants 2 and 3 in the above suit and for condoning the delay in filing the Written Statement of the 5th defendant and defendants 1 to 4.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said applications being allowed.
