The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from conducting the interview pursuant to the advertisement advertised in the Hindu Edition dated 23.06.2004 calling for applications for the post of Lecturer in Computer Science and Engineering Department in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Abishekapatti, Tirunelveli.
