(CR NO.2/AC/98/SA) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to comply with the orders of the court that the petitioner shall pay a fine of Rs.7,50,000/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs fifty thousand only) to the credit of the special case no.4 of 2019, on the file of the Special Judge(Principal Sessions Judge), Special Court to try criminal cases involving Members of Parliament and members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu, Villupuram within a period of three months not later than 30th july 2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.4774 of 2021 in Crl.A.NO.168 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court on 03.09.2021, the petitioner has paid the fine amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs fifty thousand only) to the credit of Special Case No.4 of 2019, on the file of the Special Judge (Principal Sessions Judge), Special Court to try criminal cases involving Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu, Villupuram and also appeared before the trial Court and executed sureties. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police confirms the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
