In this case, the 4th and 5th defendants have filed a memo adopting the written statement of the 2nd defendant.

Subsequently, the 5th defendant has changed his counsel and now wants to file a written statement. Learned counsel submitted that, earlier there was a delay of 803 days, which was already condoned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff, who submits that he has no objection for the petition to be allowed.

3. Therefore the delay of 1683 and 1672 days respectively in filing the written statement of the 4th and 5th defendants is condoned.

4. The pleadings are now complete.

Post the matter for framing issues on 27.09.2021.
