ORDER

(Made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking 60 days furlough of her son Deena @ Dinesh, who is a convict prisoner lodged in Central Prison - 1, Puzhal.

2. Mr.Muniyapparaj, on instructions, would submit that 28 days ordinary leave was granted by the prison authorities under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules and that the petitioner's representation seeking furlough would be considered independently within a period of four weeks from today.
