This instant Writ Petition has been filed for order of suspension. During the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner died.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner was also subsequently dismissed from service, after completion of the enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 2/4
3. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner's legal heirs are given liberty to proceed against the dismissal order. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
