Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until futher orders dated 29.6.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11089 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
