ORDER

This case is taken up through video conferencing.

2. This criminal revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 09.06.2020 in Na.Ka.A1/1281/2020 passed by the first respondent's Committee.

3. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 09.06.2020 issued under the Visaka Committee Rules.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this criminal revision filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., cannot be maintained, inasmuch as the order has not been passed by a Court subordinate to the High Court but by a Committee created under a special enactment.

5. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
