This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, seeking succession certificate with respect to the holdings of M.N.Ranganathan, who died on 16.09.2019. 2.In the schedule to the petition, the account with respect to the Bank of Baroda and Kumbakonam Mutual Benefit Fund had been detailed. The petitioner who had filed the petition N.Muthukrishnan was the brother of the deceased M.N.Ranganathan. Pending the petition, unfortunately, the petitioner died and his legal representatives / widow, daughter and son have been brought on record as 2nd to 4th petitioners. Publication was effected and thereafter, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. 3.The 3rd petitioner examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate of M.N.Ranganathan and the death certificate of his wife were marked as Exs.

P1 and P2. The documents relating to Bank of Baroda and Kumbakonam Mutual Benefit Fund Limited were marked as Exs.P3 and P6. The copy of the paper publication was marked as Exs.P7. The 1st respondent was also examined as RW-1 and he marked his consent affidavit as Ex.R1 and the consent affidavit of the 2nd respondent as Ex.R2. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
