This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4207 of 2023 in Crl.RC. No.970 of 2022 dated 27.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4207 of 2023 in Crl.RC.

No.970 of 2022 dated 27.03.2023 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by way of D.D. / Cheque favouring "Child Care Foundation" [No.3, 4th Cross Street, Krishna Nagar, Pammal, Chennai - 600 075, Mob.No.72000 37832] within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
