This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to provide police protection for restoration of possession of property situated at Plot No.6 and 7, Ashtalakshmi Nagar, 1st Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents have not received any representation from the petitioner so far and he would submit that, if any representation is given, appropriate enquiry would be conducted and action will be taken in accordance with law, after enquiring the counter parties. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent, in turn, shall conduct an enquiry by summoning the opposite parties and take steps in accordance with law.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
