Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the final order dated 22.12.2014 sent by the grievance redressal committee of the Respondent Bank had not been served on the Petitioner. In response to the said contention, the Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the acknowledgment showing that the same had been served on 23.12.2014. In view of the same, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
