(CR.NO.338/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner appearing before the respondent police i.e the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, Salem District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as per the order of this Court passed in Crl.OP.No.10737/2021 dated 22.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAW VISION, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 22.06.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 22.06.2021 alone stands relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
