The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, (Fast Track Court), Kanchipuram, in MCOP No.686 of 2016, dated 27.04.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of M/r.C.Prabhakaran, for respondents 1 to 3 and post the matter on 17.12.2020 for admission.
