This petition is filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.T.Shanmugam, learned counsel represented that he has filed vakalat for respondents 1 to 5 today.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 6 and 7 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 8 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
