This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction upon the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, the petitioner was directed to appear for enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by one Mohanavalli of Sri Velava Exports, and the Police never harassed the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also the allegations made in the affidavit, filed in support of this Petition, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed, by directing the respondent police to follow the directions given by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Arneshkumar Vs. State of Bihar (2015-1-LW(Crl)318 with regard to handling the complaint and further directing the petitioner to appear 2/4

before the respondent-Police for enquiry on receipt of summons issued by the respondent-Police and the respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner. 17.05.2023 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
