Santhi v. The Sub-Registrar

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title in the above writ petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, he mentioned the respondent as "The Sub Registrar, Paddireedipatti", instead of "The Sub Registrar, Uthankarai". Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering the nature of the averment of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that it is only a mistake sought to be set right, this petition seeking amendment, is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
