This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 4 and 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.
3. Mr.M.Kavikannan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in ordering this petition. 4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 30 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
