The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi in MCOP No.193 of 2013, dated 13.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.K.Selvaraj, for respondents and post the matter on 02.11.2020 for admission.
