Heard both sides.

The petitioner is presently running a cycle stand in the petition mentioned land. He has given representation dated 30.04.2024, the fourth respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till final order is passed, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
