This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 256 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in re-presenting the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter for admission on 16.10.2020.
