This application is filed to amend the short, long cause title and statement of address in the suit, since the plaintiff company has undertaken the change of name from Shriram EPC Limited to SEPC Limited and the registered office is also changed. The name change and address change has been duly registered before the Registrar of Companies.

2.Learned counsel for the first defendant, who is the contesting defendant has no objection in carrying out the amendment. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file amended plaint copy. Call the matter on 01.10.2021 for further proceedings.
