This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and consequently remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet vide No. 287/1999 on the file of the 4th respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 15.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, conduct enquiry, and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
