This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 10.03.2020 made in W.P.No.3470 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and necessary parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
