ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development in which the petitioner has been visited with show cause notice, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the same and to that effect he has made an endorsement in the writ petition, which reads as follows:

"The petitioner requests permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge any adverse order that may be passed by the 1st respondent pursuant to the notice dated 30.9.2015."

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the same. No costs.
