O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned VIII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 18.11.2019 against the petitioner/Accused -1 in C.C.No.69 of 2018 on the file of the learned VIII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of issuing Non-Bailable Warrant, the petitioner was in abroad. Therefore, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court. Now, the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the Trial proceedings before the Learned VIII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an application to recall the warrant. On such application, the Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the case on merits on the same day.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
