Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioners sought permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Execution Court to declare the petitioners as major and to discharge them from the guardianship. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the Execution Court to declare them as major and to discharge them from the guardianship, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
