Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the date of surrender before the Court in connection with Crime No.226 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 IPC and read with 3(1) (x) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal to consider the bail application to be filed by them on the same day of their surrender in Cr.No.226 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners on their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
