This Court, by order dated 08.09.2022, directed the trial Court, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2015 within a period of six months.

2. Already extension of time was sought for by the court below and this Court granted extension of time for a period of six months to dispose of the suit on 14.09.2023. Today, the above Civil Revision Petition is listed, seeking for further extension of four months time to dispose of the above suit.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents would state that the matter is at the stage of arguments.

5. In view of the above, time is extended for a period one month from today to dispose of the above suit.
