2. Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiffs / applicants and Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for the first defendant,

3. Having satisfied with the submissions of the learned counsels on either side and there is no objection from the 1st respondent/ 1st defendant in allowing this application, this application is ordered.

4. Registry is now required to include Item No.5 mentioned in the Memo of Compromise dated 19.07.2017, in the decree. It appears to be an error on the part of the Registry in drafting the decree, and therefore, the Registry is directed to correct the decree and issue fresh copy to the parties those who have already obtained the decree, at free of cost.
