This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.02.2016 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam in Crl.MP No.5412 of 2015 and to transfer the unnumbered complaint pending on the file of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to some other Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the petitioner, who is present in person, fairly submitted that his complaint, transfer of which is sought for herein, came to be dismissed by the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on 12.04.2017.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
