This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent/Tahsildar to survey the property in S.Nos. 139/10, 139/11, 139/1A, 139/1B, 139/2, 139/3, 139/4, 139/8 measuring to an extent of 4 acres at Kanjanaickenpatti Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 01.03.2021 to the respondents seeking to survey the subject property and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner and aggrieved person if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
