This petition is filed to condone the delay of 99 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.S.Santhosakumar, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is only 99 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 99 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
