W.P.No.18523 of 2017 As regards, the grievances expressed by the petitioner, even before Public Information Officer, there must be online mechanism available to seek information under the Right to Information Act and the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous Petitions is silent.
2.In the face of it, the learned Central Government Senior Panel Counsel seeks further accommodation to file counter as to the effective mechanism to be put in place for submitting online application for seeking information under Right to Information Act from the concerned Public Information Officers.
