The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred challenging the order of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani, refusing to number the I.A.SR.No.1704 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 filed in O.S.No.14 of 2018. The said application seeks to rectify certain clerical mistakes in the Lok Adalat award dated 08.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents takes notice and he has no objection for the revision petition being allowed. 3.Taking note of the no objection expressed by the respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The Subordinate Court, Bhavani, is directed to number I.A.SR.No.1704 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 in O.S.No.14 of 2018 and pass suitable orders, after hearing the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
