ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the relief set out below: "directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 10.11.2025 and consequently settle the terminal benefits standing to the credit of the petitioner."

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as a Salesman on 12.08.1989 in the third respondent society and was due to retire on 30.09.2024. Due to pending surcharge and criminal proceedings, the petitioner was relieved from service without being permitted to retire. The respondents also withheld the terminal benefits of the petitioner.

3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.11.2025 to the respondents, for which, there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
