( Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT THE HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE K.KALYANASUNDARAM AND THE HON`BLE MR.JUSTICE V.SIVAGNANAM CMA.No.3126 of 2019 and CMP.No.17583 of 2019 PERUMAL [ APPELLANT/PETITIONER ] Vs SARASWATHI [ RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT ] The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 25/01/2019 made in IA.No.180/2018 in F.C.O.P.NO.409 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Salem (in CMA.No.3126 of 2019) and; ii) To grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings of the operation of the order dated 25-01-2019 made in IA.No.180 of 2018 in F.C.O.P.No.409 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Salem (in CMP.No.17583 of 2019) pending disposal of the CMA.No.3126 of 2019.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Friday, the Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 03.02.2021 and letter dated 15.07.2021 vide D.No.282/2021 from the Judge, Family Court, Salem in the presence of MR.T.S.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Appellant/Petitioner and of MR.A.YOGARAJ, Advocate for M/S.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate for the Respondent this court made the following order:- The matter is today listed under the caption for "extention of time".

2. This Court by order, dated 03.02.2021, directed the Family Court, Salem to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.180/2018 in FCOP.No.409 of 2016 along with main FCOP within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

months. Since the said FCOP could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the lower Court, by its letter dated 15.07.2021, sought for three months time.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
