With consent of both sides, the main writ petition itself has been taken up for final disposal.

2. Petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.1 stating that inspite of issuance of patta to the temple belonging to the Adi dravidar community, the same has been given to the respondent No.3 by forging and fabricating the documents. Seeking appropriate action on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. A perusal of the documents filed by the petitioner would show that the complaint given by the petitioner has been referred to the respondent No.2.

4. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation, dated 6.7.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
