This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction upon the respondents Police not to harass the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the Police enquiry. 4.
It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents that, the petitioners were directed to appear for enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by one K.Lokesh, and the Police never harassed the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also the allegations made in the affidavit, filed in support of this Petition, this Criminal Original Petition is
allowed by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondents-Police for enquiry on receipt of summons issued by the respondents-Police and the respondents-Police are directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.
